Sipsmith London Dry Gin is distilled in traditional copper pot stills. The distillery was founded by two friends, Fairfax and Sam, in Hammersmith, London. It was to be London’s first traditional copper distillery since 1820. There are there stills on site named Prudence, Constance and Patience (made by Christian Carl, one of Germany’s oldest still producers) and everything is handcrafted in small batched. The distillery is now located in Chiswick.
