A Unique Blend: Guyana Meets American Black Strap

This fascinating release stands apart from the core Pusser’s line. While most Pusser’s rums are made exclusively from 100% Guyanese rum, the Night Watch is a captivating blend of spirits from Guyana and the USA.

The “black strap” element is derived from Louisiana blackstrap molasses, considered among the world’s finest. This deep, rich molasses is distilled in South Carolina at Hilton Head Distillery before being blended with Guyanese rum, some of which is distilled in a historic wooden-sided still. The resulting spirit is bottled at 40% ABV with no artificial colour added, offering a truly distinctive black strap rum profile.
