The H Upmann Regalias are part of the of Habanos S.A. range of “La Linea Retro” cigars, an homage to the cigars in vogue in the 1970s, presented here in a retro branded tin and also availably as a single cigar. La Linea Retro range includes the Regalias, Partagas Capitols and Romeo and Juliet Club Kings.
The H Upmann Half Corona is a a Petit Corona sized cigar (vitola: Mareva). This is probably the most popular size of Cuban cigar that we sell. Other cigars sharing the same size include the Punch Coronation, Montecristo No 4 (or Petit Tubos) and Romeo & Julieta No 2. H Upmann’s blend is composed exclusively of long filler and binder tobaccos grown in the Vuelta Abajo zone.
H Upmann was founded in 1844 by a German banker who loved cigars so much he moved to Havana and started his own cigar house. Upmann make a lighter to medium bodied, elegant cigar which are ideal cigars for a wedding or for inexperienced smokers. Will smoke for 30 to 40 minutes. Light, floral, peppery and nutty.
