We are excited to welcome back Katie Jones, owner and winemaker at Domaine Jones in France’s sun-kissed Languedoc-Roussillon region.
This special wine tasting and dinner promises a journey through Katie’s boutique portfolio of handcrafted wines – from vibrant, Grenache Gris-based whites and rosés to robust, terroir-driven reds, such as her award-winning Fitou, crafted from century-old vines in the rugged Fitou appellation. There will also be some wines which are new to Fareham Wine Cellar, including a light, fruity red called Rouge Cerise and Katie’s zingy and zesty Dry Muscat.
The evening will consist of a pre-dinner wine tasting and a talk from Katie, followed by a three-course meal, each course paired with a different wine. Katie will, of course, talk about each wine.
