Uisce Beatha Blended Irish Whiskey is a new Irish Whiskey brand made by ROK Drinks. It is owned by ROK Stars, founded by Jonathan Kendrick and his business partner John Paul Dejoria (co-founder of Paul Mitchell Hair Care Products and Patron Tequila, the world’s biggest premium tequila brand ). ROK Drinks has set out to make a very high-quality, not the oldest, Irish Whiskey. This is a new brand, and I expect we will eventually see some aged Irish Whiskies from them.

Uisce Beatha “Real Irish Whiskey” is a blend of Irish Single Malt and Irish Grain whiskies. It is a no-age-statement whiskey and is aged for a minimum of 4 years in ex-Bourbon whisky casks, giving it a sweet, nutty and malty character. A warming, layered, smooth and easy-going whiskey. And why is it called Uisce Beatha? Uisce Beatha, pronounced “ish-ka-ba-ha”, is the ancient Gaelic meaning “water of life” and it is where the name for Whisky itself derives from.
