Founded in 1978 by the Mundy family, the vineyard takes maximum advantage of the region’s long, warm summers and dry autumns. St. Helena Estate Chardonnay Winemaking

St. Helena Estate Chardonnay undergoes barrel fermentation, malolactic fermentation, lees aging wth regular stirring and eight months barrel maturation. This results in an intense nose of butterscotch caramel, tropical fruit and almonds. The palate is soft and creamy with a long finish and displays wonderful complexity and a fine balance between fruit and oak characters.
