Beefeater is the only premium London dry gin still meticulously produced in the heart of London, Beefeater Gin is distilled with at the historic Kennington distillery, which is situated on the south bank of the River Thames. It proudly upholds its longstanding tradition by employing the original and closely-guarded recipe, which has remained unaltered since its inception in 1820.

At the core of Beefeater Gin’s captivating flavour profile lies a well-balanced blend of nine carefully selected botanicals. Each botanical is chosen for its distinctive characteristics and contributes to the gin’s distinctive taste. Beefeater Gin contains nine different botanicals: juniper, angelica root, angelica seeds, coriander seeds, liquorice, almonds, orris root, Seville oranges, and lemon peel. These botanicals are steeped for 24 hours before distillation. Distillation takes eight hours to complete.

The essential juniper lays the foundation for its quintessential gin essence. Angelica root and angelica seeds lend a delicate earthiness, while coriander seeds infuse a subtle spiciness. The addition of liquorice brings a satisfying sweetness, while almonds impart a subtle nutty undertone. Orris root, with its floral notes, adds a touch of elegance to the mix.
