Chase Elderflower Hedgerow Gin is the latest addition to Chase’s excellent range of flavoured gins and Gin joins their other flavoured gins including the Pink Grapefruit and Pomelo and Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin.
At time of writing, Chase Distillery are the only distillery in the UK that actually make their gins from a vodka base that they produce themselves (most will use a neutral grain spirit that is bought in). As the the label states, their gins are produced “from field to bottle”.
Chase Elderflower Hedgerow Gin is carefully crafted by copper pot distilling Chase gin with elderflowers picked from Herefordshire hedgerows.
Chase Elderflower Hedgerow Gin mixes perfectly with soda and garnish with a thin slice of lemon. Perfect for long, summery drinks.

Nose: Light and floral on the nose, bolstered by rich juniper and
citrus notes.
Palate: Floral, delicate and sweet elderflower hit immediately,
leading into citrus notes. Rich juniper and subtle spice with a
long-lasting floral sweetness on the palate.
