Description

Williams Chase GB Extra Dry Gin an Great British Gin made in Herefordshire at the Chase Distillery. Most gins are made from a neutral grain spirit.

The base for Williams Chase GB Extra Dry Gin is Chase potato based vodka made from the potatoes grown on the family’s Herefordshire farm as the base spirit (unlike the Williams Chase Elegant Gin which is made using the Williams Naked Apple Vodka as the base spirit). The two different base spirits lend different characteristics to the resulting gins. The potato base spirit adds a fuller and creamier mouthfeel and texture to the gin compared to a grain spirit base.

Williams Chase GB Extra Dry Gin is flavoured with both juniper buds and berries and another 10 botanicals – cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, almond, coriander, cardamon, cloves, liquorice and lemon. These all combine to ensure a distinct and robust flavour with the driest finish. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
