De Bortoli Show Liqueur Muscat is a classic Australian winestyle. This trophy winning example is bursting with concentrated flavours of raisins and figs with gorgeous aged rancio notes. Fruit is left on the vines to become very ripe before harvesting. It is then taken to the winery to be crushed, fermented then fortified and filled to both small and larger oak casks for extended maturation. Sourced and blended from De Bortoli’s extensive collection of aged wines maturing in barrel, the fruit and oak are beautifully integrated.
