Baron Philippe de Rothschild Carabas Rouge is a blend of Mediterranean and Bordeaux grape varieties, giving the wine a unique style. It is 20% Grenache, 50% Syrah, 15% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot. Carabas Rouge is matured for six to eight months at the BPDR Saint-Laurent-Médoc winery. Their winemakers carry out daily controls to ensure the wine is bottled when the fruit is at its peak, preserving all its freshness.
