Chateau Moulin Delille is located at Leyssac in the heart of the St Estephe wine appellation.
Chateau Moulin Delille is owned by the fifth generation of the Ollier family and is currently managed by Christian Ollier and his daughter Coralie. The estate comprises some 32 hectares of vineyard planted on clay / gravelly soils. The plantings are 45% Merlot and 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and the average age of the vines is 35 years old.
The grapes are harvested by hand and the wine at Chateau Moulin Delille is made using traditional techniques in cement vats. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months.
Annual production is around 13,000 bottles.
