Rothschild Carabas Blanc is a varietal wine made entirely from a single grape variety, Chardonnay. Its personality and wealth of flavour make it highly suitable for rich, complex wines full of ripe fruit and with refined floral notes. Carabas Chardonnay is matured for three to six months in vats at BPDR’s Saint-Laurent-Médoc winery. There, the winemakers carry out daily controls to ensure the wine is bottled when the fruit is at its peak, preserving all its freshness.
