La Scala Soave DOC is a classic Soave wine produced by Campagnola in the Veneto region of northeast Italy. Campagnola have been making wine for five generations in the Marano di Valpolicella valley since 1907. The winery is located in the village of Valgatara in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica area and was thoroughly modernised and fitted out with cutting edge technology in 2000. Soave DOC up to 30% of the blend can be Trebbiano, this wine is 70% Garganega and 30% Trebbiano di Soave (also known as Verdichhio) vinified in stainless steel.
