The Harlequin Chardonnay / Viognier has been blended to produce a richly flavoured wine, the perfumed lift from the Viognier adding complexity to the stonefruit and citrus characters that typify Chardonnay from the Padthaway region of South Australia. The Harlequin, fashioned from feathers and brightly coloured silk, is one of the earliest hand-tied flies and has inspired a natural and purist approach to fly fishing.
