  • Ageing is carried out in stainless steel vats

Vineyards

The grapes for the Mon Plaisir Rosé are sourced from selected parcels in the villages of Pourcieux and Pourrières. The vines are planted on clay-limestone soils with varying amounts of sand. These shallow, well-draining soils, combined with the Mediterranean climate, produce elegant and refreshing rosé with excellent freshness and minerality.

About Château des Ferrages

Château des Ferrages is located in Pourcieux between Aix-en-Provence and Saint-Maximin, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain in the heart of some of the very best vineyards in the Sainte-Victoire wine-growing appellation. The estate spans around 28 to 30 hectares of vineyards and produces red, white and rosé wines and now applies biodynamic farming principles.

Owned by Maison M. Chapoutier

Since 2016, it has been owned by the renowned Maison M. Chapoutier (famous for its biodynamic wines from the Rhône Valley). Under Chapoutier’s influence, particularly through Mathilde Chapoutier Selection, the domaine has shifted towards more precise, parcel-driven wines and now practices organic and biodynamic farming.
