Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleur Cigars are a classic Mareva, or Petit Corona, sized cigar measuring in at 5 inches with a 42 ring guage. The Petit Corona size is one of the most popular of Cuban cigar sizes and this cigar shares its dimensions with classic cigars like the Montecristo No 4, Cohiba Siglo II and Romeo y Julietas own Tubos No 2 and Club Kings.

Romeo Y Julieta cigars was founded in 1875 and the brand is named after William Shakespeare’s doomed lovers. Romeo Y Julieta grew into an internationally renowned brand under the stewardship of Don “Pepin” Fernandez who was one of the first to recognise the power of the cigar band and product branding. Following his visit to Cuba in 1946 , their cigars became a favourite of Winston Churchill and the Romeo Y Julieta Churchill is named after him. The brand now produces Short Churchills, Wide Churchills and Petit Churchills as well as the standard Churchill.

Romeo y Julieta’s balanced and aromatic blend of selected filler and binder leaves from the Vuelta Abajo zone make it the classic medium bodied Havana. Today Romeo y Julieta is as well known around the world as ever and offers one of the widest range of tripa larga, totalmente a mano – long filler, totally handmade – sizes of any Havana brand.

The Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleur Cigar , (Mille Fleur literally translates as “thousnad flowers) were orignally made for the French cigar market. They were relaunched in this format in 2002.
