Domaine William Fevre Chablis presented in 37.5cl half bottles.
Domaine William Fevre was founded in 1957 by William Fevre when he began with around 17 acres of vineyards, but soon expanded, acquiring both 1er Cru and Grand Cru Chablis vineyard sites. The domaine is located on either side of the Serein River, and Fèvre take great effort to ensure their vineyards are well-tended to produce the purest expression of this wine and its terroir. Yields are kept low, and the estate has been using organic methods for many years.
Domaine William Fevre Chablis is 100% Chardonnay from William Fevre’s own vineyards which sit on the famous Chablisienne Kimmeridgian subsoil – Chalky clay, marl, and marly limestone from the Kimmeridgian era (the upper Jurassic geological period, 160-140 million years ago). Located on either side of the Serein River, Fèvre take great effort to ensure their 50 acres of Chablis AC vineyard are well-tended to produce the purest expression of this wine and its terroir.
Domaine William Fevre Chablis is also available in 75cl bottles. Read more about Fevre Chablis here.
Both formats are available at Fareham Wine Cellar.
