Doorly’s 5 Year Old Rum is a Barbados rum produced at the Foursquare Distillery. It is a single-blended rum matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, offering both natural sweetness and great, complex intensity.
The Foursquare Distillery is owned by the Seale family and occupies the site of a former sugar factory that dates back to 1636. It is one of the region’s only remaining independent family-owned rum distillers.

Nose: Crisp golden syrup biscuits, and crumbly fruitcake. Gentle notes of rich bourbon vanilla, raisins, and hints of black tea and delicate leather.
Palate: Soft and sweet onto the plate, with lovely mild gingerbread cake sweet, spicy notes.
Finish: Notes of baking spices, dark, bitter chocolate, and a lasting gentle astringency, with hints of black tea.
