Canaoak Pure Blended Rum 70%

Description

Canaoak Pure Blended Rum is a new rum released in 2018 and is a blend of Mauritius, Nicaraguan and Panama Rums.

It is an assemblage of rums between 4 and 8 years old: 80% from Mauritius, 15% Nicaraguan and 5% Panamanian aged in American oak barrels that have previously held rum and wine. 15% of the Nicaraguan component was aged in Ex Bourbon Casks and the Panama rum is tropically aged i.e. aged in the sun. Each rum batch is individually numbered and carefully watch monitored by the master blender to assess when each particular rum is ready for blending. There is no artificial colouring added.

Canaoak Pure Blended Rum has exceptional consistency and character, as well as an elegant and warm finish.
