Michaela Haas-Allram took over the business from her parents in 1992 and has since operated the winery together with her husband, Erich Haas.

Erich and his son Lorenz share responsibilities in the vineyard and cellar whilst Michaela Haas-Allram is responsible for the commercial side of the business. They are committed to sustainable viticulture and traditional winemaking practices, with a focus on expressing the unique terroir of the Kamptal region in their wines.

Kamptal Wine-Growing Region

The Kamptal wine-growing region is located in northeastern Austria. It is a region that is well-known for producing high-quality white wines, particularly Grüner Veltliner. The region is situated along the Kamp River, which provides a favourable microclimate for grape cultivation. Gruner Veltliner from Kamptal typically produces wines with lively acidity, citrus and stone fruit flavours, and distinct peppery and spicy notes.
