Villa Gutenberg Johannisberger Erntebringer Riesling Kabinett is a white wine from the Rheingau region of Germany. Villa Gutenberg’s wines are bottled in the “Rheingau flute”, an elegant, antique-green flask style bottle with bevelled edges.

Villa Gutenberg is a 18 hectare wine estate located among lush vineyards at the banks of the Rhine River. The vineyards extend from Rüdesheim to Hochheim and all offer different slope angles, soil substrates and micro-climates produce unique and complex wines. In 1978 Sieglinde and Richard Nägler acquired the charming estate and renovated it with loving attention to detail. Since then it has been the primary residence of the Nägler family. In 1999 Richard Nägler and his wife Andrea continued his parents’ efforts at the winery. The next generation – Kerstin, Richard and Volker – is ready to take over. Great emphasis is placed on professional care, environmental responsibility and care for the grapevines, with the aim of producing wines of the highest quality.

The grapes for the Villa Gutenberg Johannisberger Erntebringer Riesling Kabinett undergo a cool fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, to retain the freshness and primary aromas of the Riesling grapes.

Villa Gutenberg Johannisberger Erntebringer Riesling Kabinet demonstrates heady aromas of apple, pear, sweet peach and honey on the nose, leads to a perfectly balanced palate of floral and citrus notes with a delightful, lingering finish.
