Bristol Black Spiced Rum is a dark, spiced rum produced by Bristol Classic Rum. This is a blend of rums from Mauritius and Trinidad and Tobago flavoured with fruits and spices.

Bristol Classic Rum is an independent bottler of rum run by drinks business legend John Barrett. They seek out small quantities, sometimes only single barrels from a single distillery, or a single estate or even a single still to show rum in its true unblended form. The rums are aged at the local distillery or here in the UK and are bottled with minimal filtration.

The Bristol Black Spiced Rum is inspired by the good that were imported into the Port of Bristol during the 18th Century: black strap molasses, sugar, tobacco, rum and spices. This is a blend of carefully selected aged rums from Trinidad and Tobago and Mauritius. A dark, complex, Christmas-y spiced rum. Bottled at 42% ABV.
