Incognito Vanilla Vodka is a subtle and elegant flavoured vodka. Produced in small batches in a small distillery in the heart of the Hampshire.

Incognito Spirits are produced by the team behind Incognito Bars and their fictional landlord, Chadwick Smithfield. They have a small chain of four bars located in Winchester, Richmond and Kingston.  The idea behind the bars is a multi-sensual, immersive, cocktail experience that returns customers to a bygone era. Customers are greeted by chandeliers, candle light and jazz on the grand piano before while being seated at their table and given an array of vintage military hats to try on. These themes have now been conferred upon their own Incognito Spirit Company brand with similar, fun and funky labels featuring the leopard headed explorer, Chadwick Smithfield.

Incognito Vanilla Vodka is the result of a refined distillation which produces a a smooth and ‘creamy’ finish to the base of vodka which enhances and supports the sweet and creamy nature of the vanilla flavouring, without ‘burning the crème.’ The Vanilla element is as nature intended; sweet and sophisticated, not sickly and unsubtle.

Whilst vodka itself has a long history dating back several centuries, vanilla vodka  only really emerged as a popular, flavoured style of vokda in the late 20th century. particularly in the USA. Vanilla vodka usually created by infusing pure vanilla extract, natural vanilla flavours or vanilla pods into regular vodka. The result is a smooth and aromatic spirit with naturally sweet aromas and flavours. The subtle sweetness,rich vanilla notes of vanilla vodka blend well with many ingredients including fruit juices and  mixers such as tonic or soda water. It is great in various cocktails and can be used in place of unflavoured vodka in classic cocktails like the White Russian or the Espresso Martini. Additionally, vanilla vodka can be used as an ingredient in baking and dessert recipes, lending a delightful vanilla to cakes and cookies.
