Château Bruni, in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers

Château Bruni wines are produced by the negociants J B Audy. SCEA Bruni, located in the commune of Blasimon, in southwestern France, in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers wine-growing region. Bruno Cazautets run SCEA Bruni. Fifth-generation winemaker Bruno is from a well-known winemaking family: his grandfather founded and ran the local co-operative called Cave de Sauveterre.

Today Bruno is responsible for over 80 hectares of vines and produces various wines including Château Bruni and Château La Maurine. The company has been following “La lutte raisonnée” or reasoned/sustainable agriculture since 2005.

The grape varieties are carefully blended by Audy’s oenologists and then vinified traditionally.

Tasting Notes

Château Bruni Bordeaux Blanc is bright pale straw in the glass, opening with an aromatic bouquet of intense citrus zest, crisp green apple, and subtle white peach. The palate is vibrant and lively, balancing a mouth-watering Sauvignon acidity with the smooth, rounded texture of Sémillon. It finishes clean, dry, and distinctly mineral.

Food Pairing

This white Bordeaux makes an exceptional apéritif; it also pairs beautifully with fresh oysters, shellfish, grilled white fish or tangy goat’s cheese salads.

Serve well-chilled (8–10°C).
