Unlike simple grape juices, Torres Natureo Rosé begins life as a traditional alcoholic wine. Carefully harvested Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes undergo a brief 24-hour skin maceration to extract their beautiful raspberry hue, followed by strict temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats for 15 to 20 days.
Using state-of-the-art innovation, the wine then undergoes a gentle de-alcoholisation process. This ensures that only the alcohol is removed, beautifully preserving the natural aromas, structural tannins and vibrant red-fruit flavours of the original grapes.
Familia Torres Wines has been making wine in the ancient Catalán town of Vilafranca del Penedès, southwest of Barcelona, since the 17th Century. It is this tradition, combined with innovation, dynamism and a commitment to quality, that has put Torres firmly on the world map.
They remain one of the largest family-owned and run wine companies in the world (there is also Miguel Torres Chile and Marimar Torres in California), and, under the stewardship of fourth-generation Miguel Torres, they are committed to sustainable viticulture and green practices. Today Torres not only has vineyards in their home region of Penedes, but all over Spain in regions such as Priorat, Rioja and Rueda.
Torres is so committed to the no-and-low alcohol sector that the family firm is currently building a dedicated winery exclusively for alcohol-free wines, which is scheduled to be fully operational next year (2027).

Torres Natureo Rose has a raspberry colour with soft coppery highlights, delicate fruit aroma (cherry jam), and a vegetative note (coffee). Smooth, fresh, luscious on the palate, with undertones reminiscent of sour candy.
An excellent aperitif. Perfect with traditional, Spanish tapas and cured meats, as well as vegetable and light pasta dishes. Serve at 10ºC.

What Does Natureo Rosé Taste Like?
It is a fresh, fruity and approachable alcohol-free rosé wine with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and delicate cherry jam. Smooth and refreshing, with ripe red berry fruit, hints of citrus and floral notes balanced by crisp acidity and a clean finish.
How is de-alcoholised wine made?
This wine is made using the spinning cone column distillation method. The wine undergoes a low-temperature distillation in a vacuum to remove the alcohol, thereby preventing heat damage to the wine. Delicate aroma compounds, which are removed during the distillation process, are then carefully blended back into the wine afterwards.
Is Torres Natureo Rosé vegan?
Yes. It is vegan and vegetarian-friendly. The wine was fined using bentonite (a natural clay) instead of animal-derived fining agents.
